Terms of Service
WE BLAST TERMS OF SERVICE
Operator: Christian Turner
Support and abuse reports: christianturnerelectric@gmail.com
Privacy Policy: /privacy on the existing dashboard.
1. About We Blast
We Blast is a private, nonprofit app for friends, providing Discord community tools and an associated web dashboard. Features may include character and profession profiles, crafting requests, raids, group finding, events, participation rewards, reports, moderation tools and administrative controls. Features depend on the server's configuration and your permissions.
These terms are between you and the operator identified above. Discord is not a party to them. We Blast's terms do not replace Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. Using We Blast does not mean that Discord endorses it.
2. Eligibility and access
You must be at least 13 and meet Discord's minimum age and other eligibility requirements in your country. You must comply with applicable laws, Discord's rules and the rules of the server where you use We Blast.
Use only accounts and permissions you are authorized to use. Signing in does not give you access to every dashboard feature. Your membership and roles may limit or remove access. Do not share dashboard sessions or attempt to bypass authorization or confirmation steps.
3. Appropriate use
Do not use We Blast to harass others, submit knowingly false reports, impersonate people, spam, disrupt the service, expose private information, or violate another person's rights. Do not upload credentials, government identity documents, financial details or other sensitive personal information into bot commands, reports or support messages.
Use administrative functions only within your authority. Review the intended action and audience before confirming a change or public post. Report security concerns privately through the contact above; do not exploit them against other users or production systems.
4. Your submissions and shared features
Submit only information you are entitled to provide. You allow We Blast to process and display your submissions as needed to carry out the feature you use, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Profiles, group listings, event cards and public crafting posts may be visible to other server members. Reports, targeted requests and staff records have different access rules. Do not treat a bot interaction or direct message as a confidential communication with a professional adviser.
Character levels, recipes, skills, attendance and completion information may be entered by members or staff. We Blast does not independently verify in-game ownership, skill or performance. Arrangements between members, including crafting materials or payment, remain their responsibility. A signup or request does not guarantee a place, response or completed service.
5. External services and availability
We Blast relies on Discord and an OVHcloud VPS for its bot and dashboard hosting, and, for certain features, other providers. External links and services have their own terms and privacy practices. Music DJ is currently held unavailable. Any future re-enablement requires a separate review; We Blast does not grant rights to third-party recordings.
Features can be unavailable, delayed or changed. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, delivery of every notification or a particular game outcome. We may restrict access or suspend a feature to address misuse, security, maintenance, legal requirements or Discord requirements. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
6. Help, privacy and changes
Contact christianturnerelectric@gmail.com for help, abuse reports or questions about these terms. Use the Privacy Policy's contact process for requests about your personal information, including after leaving the server.
Privacy & support accepts correction/deletion requests for operator review. Separately confirmed owner tools can erase supported saved profile fields, XP records and dashboard sessions, but do not erase all applicable data. Remaining records and controlled copies require manual review and handling. Closing a review does not certify complete erasure. The operator also reviews information no longer needed; encryption is not a substitute for deletion. Optional moderation DMs require recipient opt-in and can be withdrawn without preventing moderation or automatically removing restricted staff records.
Updated terms will appear at /terms on the existing dashboard with their revision and effective date. Material changes will be described in a member-visible dashboard privacy-page notice before they take effect. Staff-only privacy logs do not replace that notice. No announcement-channel posts are used.
